All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Invoices are to be cleared within the stipulated time. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or late fees. Taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the client.
All content, code, and materials developed by Bestsolutionofit during the project remain the intellectual property of Bestsolutionofit until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bestsolutionofit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for external factors such as search engine algorithm updates or third-party platform changes.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and project information. No information will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client is liable to pay for work completed up to the termination date.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
